1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hhbb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hhbb website located at hhbb. .io, including all games, betting markets, account services, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By accessing hhbb.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most protective of the integrity and fair operation of the Platform shall prevail.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on hhbb.io, through which all gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or incentive amounts credited to an Account in connection with a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal, involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the hhbb website, its associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, tools, and services accessible through hhbb.io.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become available for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on hhbb are denominated.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to hhbb is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. hhbb reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age eligibility requirement is not satisfied. Winnings accumulated by an under-age player are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. hhbb is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. You confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing hhbb. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one Account on hhbb. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all Balances across those accounts may be combined and restricted pending review, and one or more accounts may be permanently closed.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. hhbb is not liable for delays or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified hhbb of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Verification (KYC). hhbb is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing the first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. hhbb may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

4.2 Account Suspension & Closure. hhbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.

4.3 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting hhbb support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, hhbb will process any eligible withdrawal of the remaining real-money Balance (subject to completed KYC) and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. hhbb may apply a monthly administrative charge to dormant Accounts after the applicable notice period. Players will be notified by email prior to any such charge being applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hhbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on hhbb — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied by hhbb. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer channels. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of transaction on the deposit page.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. hhbb is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet channels are typically processed within two (2) to six (6) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. hhbb does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply charges of their own.

5.6 Withdrawal Matching. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be directed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect the Player's funds. Where the original payment method is unavailable, hhbb support must be contacted to arrange an alternative withdrawal channel subject to additional verification.

5.7 Right to Withhold. hhbb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, where KYC documents have not been satisfactorily provided, or where the Account is subject to a dispute or complaint that has not yet been resolved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonus offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions, are subject to individual promotional terms which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while table games and live dealer products may contribute a lower percentage or zero.

6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. hhbb will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. hhbb operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion between Players for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, hhbb reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the Account.

6.5 Promotional Changes. hhbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications to ongoing promotions will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on hhbb operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real-money funds. hhbb is not liable for losses arising from a Player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

7.2 Sports Betting. Cricket betting and all other sports betting markets on hhbb are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the applicable timeframe, hhbb's settlement rules for the relevant market will apply. Settlement decisions are final once confirmed.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. hhbb uses certified random number generation and live dealer equipment from approved studio partners. In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game round, the round may be voided and the wager returned to the Player's Balance. hhbb's determination regarding malfunctions is final, subject to audit records.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on hhbb. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by hhbb at any time. Wagers placed outside the applicable limits may be voided.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hhbb and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on hhbb, including under a different name or using a different payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without hhbb's prior written consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using hhbb to process funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported to support and are subject to reversal.
• Accessing hhbb from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Any other activity that hhbb determines, in its sole judgment, to be dishonest, deceptive, or harmful to the fair and lawful operation of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. hhbb is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to support Players in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

9.2 Age Restriction. hhbb enforces a strict 21+ policy. Players who are or become aware that they are under 21 years of age must close their Account immediately and contact support. Any winnings generated by an underage Player are not eligible for withdrawal.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes their gambling is becoming harmful may request self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent the Player from logging in, depositing, or placing wagers for the selected duration (minimum 30 days). Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before they expire.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on hhbb.io — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — is the intellectual property of hhbb or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without hhbb's express prior written consent. Game titles and studio branding (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 hhbb provides its Platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime. We are not liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability, including the inability to place a wager during a live sporting event.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hhbb's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 hhbb is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to safeguard their login credentials.

12 Privacy & Data

hhbb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at hhbb.io/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

13 Amendments

hhbb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered account address or by means of a prominent notice on hhbb.io no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with their plain English meaning. All disputes shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith negotiation between the Player and hhbb.

14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, settlement decisions, or account activity, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. hhbb will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

14.3 hhbb's internal records — including transaction logs, game history records, and platform event logs — shall serve as the primary reference for dispute resolution. These records are stored securely and may be reviewed by independent auditors at hhbb's discretion where a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard complaints process.
